“I truly believe that my experience at the Olympic Games and the utmost fulfillment I feel now is because of Jim’s teachings. He taught me how to feel truly alive, how to focus and how to be fully present in those moments when you are doing something you truly love.”

What is the MindScan Personal Assessment?
The MindScan assessment report was developed out of the discovery of the science of Formal Axiology by Dr. Robert Hartman. The result is the Hartman Value Profile (HVP), now sometimes called the MindScan.
Dr. Hartman was nominated for a Nobel Prize for his work in this area.
The MindScan profile report is the result of hundreds of thousands of hours of research and development in the science of Axiology, transfinite mathematics, quantum physics and developmental sciences combined with real life situations. Unlike all other assessment instruments, this tool allows us to understand "how" a person thinks and perceives not "what" they think.
It will take you about 15 minutes start to finish.
MindScan is not based on a sampling of people—it does not compare you to someone else. It is designed to capture how your brain processes information, what you pay attention to and how much detail you take in. If I want to know how well a person can perform a specific skill, you could ask a series of questions about the skill and they could tell you, or you could observe them in action.
Observing the person in action leads to a much greater understanding of the person’s skill, as does the MindScan. The information is very powerful because how we process information influences our values, our drive, our motives, our decisions and ultimately our actions.
The MindScan tells us how your values or thought biases (and much of this is unconscious or outside your conscious awareness) influence your decisions and actions.
Most importantly the knowledge MindScan provides is objective, independent of any one observer, and accurate regardless of race, religion, gender or socioeconomic condition.
How is this profile report used?
Businesses in the United States and Europe have discovered the value of the MindScan in assessing talent, recruiting new employees, restructuring within an organization/team to maximize individual strengths, and develop improvement plans for executives as well as employees.
More than 100 studies have been used to validate the Axiology model including an extensive study using a database of more than 40,000 people from executives to entry-level workers.
The end result in utilizing the MindScan is improved performance. To date thousands of executives, business professionals, sales people, and athletes have used MindScan to learn about themselves, identify thinking strengths, and develop strategic plans for growth in performance. The bottom line is unlocking the untapped potential that lives within every human being.
How can I benefit from this work ?
By taking the MindScan, you can start to identify "how" you think and which thoughts support your success and which thoughts are sabotaging your efforts. MindScan will go below the surface of your behavior and personality and measure, with great accuracy, the thought processes that are driving your decisions and actions.
In order to gain mastery in your life, you must first master your mind. MindScan starts the process by allowing you to understand the relationship between you and your thoughts and how your unconscious thought processes are running your life.
Are you ready to learn more about how you think so you can maximize your performance?
